Your builder delivers it, sets it up in your space, and you approve it before you sign the delivery form. Pricing is listed right on this page — no quotes, no games.

Handmade note: Every bar is built from the same plans and the same measurements, but each one is handcrafted by a different local builder in our network — so yours may differ slightly from the photos in finish and small details. That’s the nature of handmade work. The size, the collapsible design, and what it does are exactly the same on every bar.

More Than a Bar — It's a Coffee Cart, Too

Plenty of our customers never pour a drink from theirs. They run a coffee cart on it.

The flat counter holds an espresso machine, a grinder, and a pour-over setup with room to work. The interior shelf keeps beans, cups, syrups, and supplies out of sight and within reach. And the whole thing breaks down into five flat pieces on lift-away hinges — no tools — so it loads into an SUV or truck, sets up at a wedding, a market, or an office event, and stores flat when the day is done.

Running a mobile coffee, matcha, or tea business? This is your cart: a real counter at standard bar height (41 inches), handmade to order by a local craftsman, in white, black, or raw MDF ready for your own finish. Pour drinks from it on Friday, coffee from it on Saturday — same bar, same collapsible design.

Why MDF?

We chose MDF for a reason: portability. A solid wood bar this size weighs 200+ lbs — you’d need two people just to move it, and you’d never take it to an event.

Our bar breaks down into individual panels on lift-away hinges. Each piece is light enough for one person to carry, load into a truck, and set up solo — no tools needed. You can take it to a wedding, set it up in minutes, break it back down, and store it flat.

That’s only possible because it’s MDF. Solid wood would make each panel too heavy to lift alone, defeating the entire purpose of a collapsible bar.

MDF is also perfectly consistent — no warping, no knots, no surprises — and it takes paint beautifully for a clean, professional finish.

We know our bars are MDF. We chose it so you can actually move them.

Returns & Warranty

All sales are final once you sign the delivery form. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery trip has been made, and because each bar is made to order, refusing a conforming item at delivery does not cancel the purchase. Every bar comes with a 30-day limited structural warranty — if anything structural fails within 30 days of delivery, we’ll make it right.

Good to know

Will it fit in my vehicle? It breaks down into five flat pieces and fits most SUVs, hatchbacks, and trucks. One person can load and set it up — no tools.

When will it be ready? Handmade to order, standard lead time 1–2 weeks. Order at least two weeks before your event.

Who builds it? A local craftsman in our network, from the same plans and measurements as every bar we sell — small handmade differences in finish are normal (see the handmade note above).
