Refund policy

Every bar we build is custom-made to order and inspected together with you at pickup or delivery, where you sign a Proof of Delivery & Customer Acceptance Form confirming the build meets our quality checklist. Because each piece is made specifically for you, sales are final once that form is signed.

Every build is backed by a 30-day limited warranty covering structural defects in materials or workmanship — we'll repair or replace the affected item at no cost. This warranty doesn't cover ordinary wear, misuse, weather exposure, or changes made after delivery, and it's the customer's sole remedy under this policy. Minor natural variation in wood grain, texture, and color is normal for handcrafted pieces and isn't considered a defect.
